Fiddled a bit

Poking at the layout, still not QUITE what I had in mind, but it's closer, and I'm not nearly geeky enough to waste time reconfiguring the page layout settings and tweaking the colors. Hopefully these minor changes will improve the usability of the page a bit.

Rochndil, who WILL get the lights up tonight. -:)
